Nikki Took Home the Chili Cook-Off Title!

On Sunday we hosted a very special annual gathering of family and friends at the farm for our Chili Cook-off. What started with just a handful of friends who showed up every week to volunteer their time helping us in the fields has grown into a larger gathering ranging from our own family members, to employees who help us through Pumpkin Fest season, to friends who help us physically and emotionally through the toll of the farming work.

This year, Nikki won the Chili Cook-off competition (for the first time ever and who is ridiculously proud about it!). We thought we would share her chili recipe in case you are looking for a warm dish to get you through the winter nights ahead.
