Welcome the Spring Equinox with a morning of movement, mindfulness led by Root Center for Yoga in Colorado Springs. After class, we will create a hand-tied dried flower posie bouquet or everlasting embroidery.
This is the perfect reset to honor the longer days, fresh energy, and beauty of spring on the farm.
